No experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced clients. Instructors provide modifications and guidance to ensure you get the most out of your session safely.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are recommended for safety on the Reformer (we sell them in-studio if needed). Bring a water bottle and an open mind. Everything else will be provided.

Yes! Be Flo Pilates hosts private group events, including birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, corporate wellness sessions, or team-building activities. We can customize the experience with class style, refreshments and optional Beactyve activewear mini-shop.

Classes and sessions can be booked online via our scheduling page or via our app. Simply choose the class type, date and time, then reserve your spot. Walk-ins may be available but booking in advance is recommended.
