Terms & Conditions

• All private events must be requested and reserved at least thirty (30) days in advanced to allow time to confirm instructor availability and studio scheduling.

• Events are subject to instructor and studio availability

• Bookings are not confirmed until instructor availability is secured and the required deposit has been received.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the event.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

• One (1) reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to instructor and studio availability.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

• No refunds or credits will be be issued for no-shows or late cancellations

• Events include up to 10 guests. No additional participants are permitted.

• Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.

• Be Flo Pilates reserves the right to limit or refuse participation to anyone who arrives late or is not fit to safely participate.
